Shipping Information

All orders are shipped through Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE), a trusted logistics partner specialized in wine transportation and certified protective packaging.

Before finalizing your purchase, we will provide a detailed shipping price list, ensuring full transparency on delivery costs.

Orders are dispatched on the first available Tuesday or Friday following order confirmation. MBE uses shock-resistant, wine-specific packaging designed to protect bottles during transit.

Please note that shipping fees cover the courier service only. Any custom duties, import taxes, or country-specific charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.

Estimated delivery times range from 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Wine is a product sensitive to temperature and handling conditions. While professional packaging is used, Enoteca Leopoldo cannot be held responsible for qualitative alterations caused by extreme heat, cold, or transportation conditions beyond our control.

Customers may request insured shipping for an additional 2% surcharge. Insurance covers visible physical damage at delivery only, in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.

In the event of visible damage upon delivery, customers are required to sign the delivery with reservation and notify Enoteca Leopoldo within 24 hours, providing photographic evidence. Without these requirements, claims cannot be submitted to the carrier or insurer.

For international shipments, import regulations vary by country. A personalized consultation is available during the ordering process, and any additional requirements or costs will be discussed in advance to ensure a smooth and compliant delivery.
